From the continent to the continent

After having crossed Denmark yesterday with just a flat tyre as something special to report my start in Norway was a nice one. When leaving the ferry I directly met a German bus driver that showed me the way to the camp ground. A cost free bus transfer and a funny encounter with three badgers made the fun complete. At midnight the camp ground was still busy. I mounted my tent and layer down my head.

When starting the next morning into my first 167 kilometres I had been full of excitement and plenty of energy. When the day ended there were a little bit of excitement and the and left.

The first leg was a quite busy one with several err active excursions due to missing signs. But the whole day had been a very nice one.

What at had been a discouraging exercise in Denmark became a thrilling on in Norway. The steep climbs continued but the landscape offers so many interesting views that it does not feel the same. Here climbing feels easier. But the quite hilly structure of Norway’s southern coast keeps you in motion and shape. The whole day did not see any cloud. When I finally parked my bike at 9:30 pm I felt good but pretty tired. I called it a day for now and started to wrap it up. Who of you never visited this part of Norway should consider doing it. It is charming, natural, vivid and extremely relaxed. A great place to visit as I think. But get more insights soon. I am out for today at midnight today. See you soon.
